LARGE GROUP RESERVATIONS

  • Larger group sub-blocks (10 or more rooms) should be reserved by completing the 2022 Large Group Reservations Form below. (Click the link below to download the form.)
  • A credit card must be provided to secure reservations (will be used for guarantee only). (Click the 2022 CC Authorization Form link below to download the form.)
  • Send both forms via email to: [email protected]
  • Full payment must be provided in advance no later than December 1, 2021 to guarantee your reservation.
  • Cancellation of a reservation must be received 30 days prior to arrival or one night’s room and tax will be charged for each guest room reserved.

NOTE:  Please ignore any email or phone call solicitations if they do not come directly from us. We have discovered that fraudulent companies have somehow obtained our email list and they’ve reached out to sell hotel lodging, etc. The Jazz Education Network does NOT sell or share our email list, nor do we work with anyone else to secure lodging.

JEN Block Concessions

JEN Block Hyatt Regency Dallas Concessions Include:
•Complimentary wireless internet for all conference attendees in guest rooms.
•Discounted valet parking On Site (See Below).
•Room rates of $179 are available until December 17, 2021 or SOLD OUT status, whichever comes first.
•Room rates in the JEN block are guaranteed three days in front or behind the conference subject to availability.

Located inside our massive 18-story atrium on the 2nd floor, Centennial offers American cuisine inspired by Texas flavors and classic favorites. Enjoy a quick bite or a leisurely meal in a casual atmosphere ideal for socialing and networking. Utilizing sustainable farm fresh ingredients enables our culinary team to create a truly seasonal menu with plenty of special dietary options.

Monduel’s

Enjoy local Texas draft beers or hand-crafted cocktails along with a delicious selection of bar fare while watching the big game on one of our 16 big screen TVs and projectors. Monduel’s features a 45-foot bar and extensive lounge seating, and is the perfect place to meet and unwind after a long day. Gather your friends and reserve our private social space, fully equipped with a pool table and six big screen TVs. At the center of our 18-story atrium, Monduel’s offers a cool, casual ambience under huge windows looking up at the majestic Reunion Tower.

Coffee’s Post

Our market is the most convenient place to grab a quick bite or snack to go. Located on the Lobby Level across from the Front Desk, Coffee’s Post proudly serves Starbucks coffee and espresso drinks, breakfast options, pizzas, hot and cold sandwiches and a variety of locally sourced snacks and beverages, including wine and beer.

For your convenience, you can purchase box lunches in any quantity from the Hyatt Regency. Advance purchase is required. You’ll need to fill out the form and submit it to the hotel. Conference Parking/Ground Transportation

Ground Transportation & Parking Options

•$15 Hyatt Regency Dallas Valet parking rate per night for all JEN attendees (valid Wed-Sat 1/5-1/8/22)

Transportation to / from DFW International Airport

  • Taxi fare is approximately $45-50
  • Go Shuttle shuttles are for $16 and are located on the front drive. Sedan, SUV and cab service are also available.
  • The DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) orange line leaves from the airport and goes to the West End station, and guests can take either the red or blue line to get to Union Station (attached to the hotel via underground concourse). For transportation to DFW Airport from the hotel, guests can take either the red or blue DART lines from Union Station to the West End station and switch to the orange line to take to the airport.

Transportation to / from Love Field Airport

  • Taxi fare is approximately $20-25
  • Go Shuttle shuttles are for $16 and are located on the front drive. Sedan, SUV and cab service are also available.
Other Transportation
  • Amtrak: Connected to Hyatt Regency Dallas by way of underground walkway to Union Station. Please call 214 653 1101 for train information.
  • Greyhound: The nearest Greyhound station is located at 205 S Lamar St. Please call 214 849 6831 for bus information.
  • DART Light Rail Service: the hotel is conveniently connected to Union Station on the Red and Blue lines and is also a stop for TRE commuter rail to Fort Worth.
  • Dallas Streetcar: This is a FREE service provided by DART that picks at Union Station, connected to the hotel, and runs to the Bishop Arts District, one of Dallas’ best areas for food, shops and galleries.

  • Avis/Budget has a new location inside Hyatt Regency Dallas’ lobby. Hours are expected to vary on business levels so we recommend contacting them ahead of time to make arrangements.

Refund Policy

Hotel room cancellations

Refund policies for hotel room cancellations are established by the hotel and not by JEN. JEN is not responsible for hotel refund decisions.

Conference registration cancellations

The deadline to cancel your conference registration and receive a full refund is 60 days before the start of the conference. After that date, conference registration fees will be refunded minus a 20% service charge until the last day of the conference at midnight EST. No refunds will be made after that time.
