Refund policies for hotel room cancellations are established by the hotel and not by JEN. JEN is not responsible for hotel refund decisions.
JEN CONFERENCE REGISTRATION cancellations
The deadline to cancel your JEN conference registration and receive a full refund is 60 days prior to the start of the conference.
After that date, conference registration fees will be refunded minus a 20% service charge until the day before the start of the conference. No refunds will be made after the start of the conference.
