HOTEL cancellations
Refund policies for hotel room cancellations are established by the hotel and not by JEN. JEN is not responsible for hotel refund decisions.
JEN CONFERENCE REGISTRATION cancellations
The deadline to cancel your JEN conference registration and receive a full refund is 60 days before the start of the conference. After that date, conference registration fees will be refunded minus a 20% service charge until the last day of the conference at midnight EST. No refunds will be made after that time.
