The Jazz Education Network is dedicated to building the jazz arts community by advancing education, promoting performance, and developing new audiences, all with the help of industry partners, educators, artists, and jazz enthusiasts like you! Please view all the ways you can support JEN, whether with monetary donations, volunteering your time and talents on a JEN Committee, or promoting the organization in your community.
On behalf of the JEN Board of Directors, volunteers, and its constituents, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Impact of your support
Your financial support goes to fund our entire organization, as well as the annual conference, and these great programs.
Acts of JENerosity Project – Each year, we select a local charity in the state in which our conference is being held, and provide donations of instruments and music. We have donated over $25,000 of equipment to schools in New Orleans in the past.
Outreach – We send quality, volunteer artists and educators into schools during the time of the conference, to teach and discuss jazz. We have reached more than 7,000 students so far. Coming up, we will be able to do these through webinars, throughout the year, to increase our reach.
Mentor Program – We have an exciting program that arranges for substantive one-on-one mentoring of up-and-coming student musicians by experienced, master-level jazz musicians, educators and business professionals. These jazz masters pass on their wisdom for achieving success as a musician, educator and/or businessperson both on and off the bandstand.
Scholarships and Awards – From students to educators, we provide financial support for a variety of achievements.
Composition Showcase – Spotlights young jazz composers, gives current students an opportunity to have an original composition recognized and performed at the International level.
Annual Conference - Sponsor one of the stages and clinic venues at our annual conference, which reaches more than 3,000 attendees.
Apart from your monetary support, we very much appreciate your help in promoting JEN and our annual conference, as well as your volunteer help during the conference.
Download a flyer to distribute to your local jazz community (including press).
